Paid features may be offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing intervals, and plan details are shown in-product. You authorize our payment provider to charge applicable fees. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliable uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Restrive and its related software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of our intellectual property.
Restrive may integrate with third-party providers (for example, authentication, payments, hosting, or analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Restrive is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Restrive.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restrive from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Restrive after updates means you accept the revised terms.
